The AFC Wars: The East Edition

The AFC East [is still on sale until Aug. 1, all inquiries must be heard by Roger Goodell] is beginning to heat up even more, like an egg on the sidewalk. The Fins linebacker, Akin Ayodele mentioned that there will be more “edge” to the Monday night game come October after the Rex Ryan vs. Channing Crowder’s bit and added how it was “immature” for a HC to fire back with words of his own.

“That’s the wrong person to get in a bickering war with, because he can talk all day — that’s Crowder,” Ayodele said. “If he’s going to be our voice, then we support him, understanding that I’ve been in the league a while, and I’ve just never seen a head coach get into a bickering war with a player. It was kind of immature if you’re a head coach.”

I don’t know if its because Miami won the division last season or because they are trying to keep up with the jabs but either way, Aycapt.10f2f70dfc9540acb319e4b8924096c9.jets rexs dyslexiafootball ny155 The AFC Wars: The East Editionodele doesn’t know Ryan very well. From the beginning Ryan said he wasn’t going to take any crap and now Ayodele is just adding more fuel to the fire. Good to see that everyone is staying sharp but it is going to come down to who outplays who now with the AFC East becoming more competative, words are no longer going to serve as ammunition for the battle.

Now all we need is for T.O. to chime in and we’ll be good to go.
