While our world has been going to hell in a handbasket, the Jets made a small roster move that might be of some interest to the team down the road. The Jets resigned RB Marcus Mason (a TJB binkie) on 12.31.08.
Mason led the 2008 NFL Preseason in yardage as a running back with Washington, and although Mason saw no real time with the Jets during the season, he’s still a promising player that could turn into an option for the staff in the future.
